Apple Picking at Harvest Moon Farm and Orchards

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET
Each General Admission ticket provide access to our grounds, featuring our stunning hillside orchard! Guests can enjoy a classic Fall day, strolling the grounds while taking in the breathtaking, panoramic views of the beautiful Hudson Valley. Anyone wishing to apple pick must purchase one of our bags separately while on the Farm (cash only); we offer three sizes/prices listed below. Apple picking bags are NOT included in your ticket.
Guests can visit one of three bars located on the premises, one of which is situated at the highest point of our orchard on our Overlook Patio! Our bartenders will be slinging our locally famous Hardscrabble Cider produced right here on our Farm.
Food options include BBQ lunch, our own farm-raised, grass-fed burger, fresh, hot apple cider donuts, all while enjoying live music. A truly authentic day out in the country in the beautiful Hudson Valley!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- All ticket purchases are absolutely NON REFUNDABLE. We do not offer any refunds on any tickets or any missed picking times.
- We DO NOT make any special accommodations for GROUPS. All tickets must be purchased on an individual basis.
- We cannot accommodate any large groups that arrive in BUSES or VANS. All buses or vans will be turned away at the main entrance.
- NO DOGS or pets are allowed. Service dogs trained to work or perform a task for persons with disabilities. Comfort and/or emotional support animals are NOT service animals, and are not recognized by the ADA.
- NO OVERSIZED BAGS or BACKPACKS allowed on premises.
- Our PUMPKIN PATCH will open by September 17th.
APPLE PICKING DATES AND TICKETS
Apple picking begins Saturday, September 10th and runs through Sunday, October 30th, weekends only.
With each ticket purchased you will receive
- Entry to the orchard for one person.
- Children 3 yrs and younger may enter admission free.
- Admission to the property including Farm Store and pumpkin patch.
- Parking fee included with ticket
Upon arrival to the Farm you will have the opportunity to purchase an apple picking bag.
Please note apple picking bags are not included in the General Admission ticket price and must be purchased while at the Farm. We offer three different sizes for picking bags. (cash only)!
- 1/4 peck holds approximately 4lbs of apples for $15.
- Peck holds approximately 12lbs of apples for $25.
- 1/2 bushel holds approximately 25lbs of apples for $40.
WHAT TO EXPECT THIS YEAR
We are confident you and your loved ones will enjoy a fun and enriching visit to our Farm, making memories picking apples on our beautiful hillside orchard. Enjoy live country music, hay rides, sweet and hard cider at our two bars, as well as our custom hilltop patio bar. Our Farm Store will be open for the sale of local produce, farm fresh eggs, pastured meats, local farm products such as honey, maple syrup, and jams/jellies, baked goods, ice cream and donuts!
New for this year - apple cider shake ups! A decadent combination of fresh apple cider slushie and soft serve vanilla ice cream topped off with an apple cider donut!
Our PUMPKIN PATCH patch will be OPEN starting mid September and will be brimming with pumpkins of all shapes and sizes! We are offering a BBQ lunch, including our own farm fresh beef burgers!
