Pick-Your-Own - Fishkill Farms

Reservations are required to participate in pick-your-own. If you've never experienced a fresh apricot, this is the best way to do so—right off the tree and full of delicious tangy flavor. Smaller but reminiscent in flavor to the yellow peach, apricots have a delicate floral aroma and a distinct zingy tartness that counterbalances the sweetness. We still have Montmorency tart cherries left on our trees available for picking this weekend! Tart cherries are perfect for making pies, crisps and are super high in antioxidants making them a coveted ingredient for juices. Black raspberries and golden raspberries are in season as well as classic red berries. With a raspberry reservation, you can mix and match different raspberry varieties or pick all of one of your favorite varieties. Blueberries are going strong and super plentiful. This weekend and the coming week are going to be prime picking. Don't let currant season pass you by. Black currants and champagne currants are still in abundance but won't last forever!
