The Expo is an opportunity for farmers, agribusinesses and farm-related organizations to share information about the resources and farming opportunities in Columbia and Greene counties for those who are currently farming, those interested in getting into farming and for landowners interested in making their lands available for farming. The Expo is also a great opportunity for the general public to learn more about the local farming industry and how they can help support local farms.
In addition to the sponsoring organizations, a number of farm-related organizations and businesses will be attending this year’s Expo to provide information on the services they have available to support farmers. Several local farms will also be at the Expo to give samples.
