Annual Halloween Parade & Festival

The parade begins at 11am @ Elm Street and ends in Mesier Park where vendors will be set up with all your Halloween and fall needs. Ryan Dutcher, I Heart Radio, Entertainers, Trunk or Treat, lots of food, a pumpkin patch and much more.
