Annual Slush Cup at Powder Ridge Mountain Park and Resort

Our Annual Slush Cup will be held on Sunday, March 17th A park pass or season pass is required for participants. sponsored by Leisure Time. The objective of the pond skimming event is for skiers and snowboarders to make it all the way across our slushy pond at the base of Middlefield, but we’re looking for you to do it in style. Pond skimmers registered for the Slush Cup are strongly encouraged to wear a great costume. You’ve seen the bananas, we’ve seen the pirates, and we’ve all seen Santa Clause at these competitions so what will you do different?
We know there will be a lot of entertainment value at the Powder Ridge Slush Cup, so if you don’t want to give it a try, we’re certain you’ll have a blast watching on the sideline. We’ll have prizes for the Best Skimmer as well as Best Costume, and we’ll probably give some Powder Ridge swag to the skimmers we feel really bad for!
