BLACKOUT is a NYC-based singing group reinventing the genre of a cappella music with innovative arrangements and a distinct, signature sound, delivering high-energy performances with a contemporary twist. Performing with special guests FOR GOOD MEASURE.
Since entering the a cappella scene in June 2012, BLACKOUT has grown into a group that is larger than the sum of its parts. They have had the honor and privilege of performing for organizations such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and the Super Bowl Host Committee; they’ve joined fellow members of their community on stages across New York City and their studio recordings have been selected for professional a cappella compilation albums.
Currently, BLACKOUT is comprised of twelve singers with unique and diverse backgrounds, both musically and professionally. Despite these differences, they come together to make something incredible.
