AGRISCULPTURE is Farm Equipment – Lovingly Rethought.  It was born with passion for agricultural forms, and vision for seeing beyond rust and time. Hudson Valley native Amy Lewis founded AGRISCULPTURE in 2012 with a fountain commission from Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Sullivan County, and has been working in metal transformation ever since.  With a degree in Architecture from Cornell University and a certification in Welding, all Amy’s AGRISCULPTURES are original works, thoughtfully hand-crafted on the Sweetman Dairy Farm of Warwick, NY.  Amy has lectured on AGRISCULPTURE at Cornell University’s Summer Architecture Program for the last 3 years in a row, and her work has been featured at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair as well as in magazines, newspapers, websites, blogs and radio.  When Amy is not in the barn shop welding with Douglas Sweetman, she’s out scouting for farm equipment or giving workshops.
