An elegant dance inspired by classical Chinese poetry, demonstrating the graceful harmony between humanity and nature. Performed by Yingli Wen.
Mysterious Girl
A nostalgic tale of a woman’s search for identity, tracing her complex relationships and heartbreaks as she navigates a deeply felt, mysterious inner journey. Performed by Ike Leong and students.
One Umbrella: A Sword, A Light
A Chinese folk dance highlighting the expressive power of props, as one umbrella moves between the strength of a sword and the warmth of a lamp. Performed by Yingli Wen.
Tai Chi Demonstration
A Tai Chi demonstration revealing the beauty of stillness in motion through slow, fluid movements that embody balance, breath, and mindful strength. Performed by Dr. Shi Jialing and students.
Grace of Lake Taihu
A flowing, poetic dance that captures the shimmering tranquility of Lake Taihu. Performed by Yingli Wen and students.
