Discover meaningful ways to connect in the kitchen with our Adult & Me cooking classes, designed to be sensory-friendly and inspire confidence and creativity in young chefs through fun, hands-on recipes. (for ages 4-17 years old with an adult 18+)

Bring your child to the Family Table and enjoy quality time together in the kitchen! This engaging cooking class is designed for children ages 4–17 with an adult of any generation. Each session offers hands-on instruction, approachable recipes, and a welcoming space to build skills, confidence, and lasting memories. Parents and kids will work side by side, fostering teamwork and connection while creating delicious dishes to share.
Classes are held every Friday evening from 5:30–7:00 pm
