A festive evening for all ages! Enjoy children’s holiday book readings under the tree, a fun scavenger hunt, and a visit from Santa Claus. Free admission for all.
The 69th Annual Holiday Greens Show is bringing the red carpet to you!
The Hart Cluett Museum (HCM), in partnership with the Van Rensselaer Garden Club, invites the public to experience the 69th Annual Holiday Greens Show, December 4–7, 2025, open daily from 12 PM to 5 PM. This year’s theme, “Lights, Camera, Action: Celebrating Holiday Movies,” transforms the historic Hart-Cluett House into a festive tribute to beloved holiday films, with each room styled to reflect a cinematic classic.
A treasured Troy tradition, the Greens Show reimagines the 1827 Federal-style mansion with original, themed arrangements made entirely of fresh seasonal greens, flowers, and natural materials. Members of the Van Rensselaer Garden Club bring their artistry and horticultural expertise to create immersive, holiday-inspired displays that celebrate both film and the beauty of the season.
Returning features include the popular Dickens Village exhibit and the Museum Holiday Gift Shop in the Carr Building, offering unique gifts and seasonal items.
WREATHS FOR SALE
Fresh wreaths and small seasonal arrangements crafted by the Van Rensselaer Garden Club will be available for purchase.
DISPLAY ITEM SALE
Greens Show display items will go on sale beginning Monday, December 8 at noon.
VICTORIAN STROLL CONNECTION
The Greens Show is a signature event of Troy’s 43rd Annual Victorian Stroll, taking place Sunday, December 7.
