Pajama Drive Skate at The Castle Fun Center!
Join us on Thursday, Feb. 2nd from 6:30 pm to 9 pm as we host the INSPIRE Pajama Drive Skate! Thru March our Thursday skate sessions are just one dollar and with your donation of a new pair of pajamas on February 2nd your roller skate or blade rental is FREE!
For the past nine years, with the help of the community, Inspire has collected more than 6,000 pajamas for children throughout the county who have never had their own pair of pajamas. Each year, staff members and volunteers at Inspire work to distribute the pajamas to children served by local agencies including Inspire, Catholic Charities, Independent Living, Safe Homes of Orange County, the Warwick Migrant Workers and more.
Anyone can help give “a good night’s sleep” to children in need by donating a new pair of pajamas for any season and all sizes (newborn infants through teenagers up to age 18).
A collection box will be available at The Castle starting January 16 for any pajama donations prior to the February 2nd Pajama Drive Skate.
