JACK O’LANTERNS AND JOLLITY: HALLOWE’EN CELEBRATIONS IN THE GILDED AGE at Staatsburgh

In this new program, historian Carol Kohan will trace how the ancient Celtic festival was fashioned into a high-spirited celebration in Gilded Age America, presenting a bewitching look at traditions and trends in Hallowe'en entertaining. A special Hallowe'en tea & treats menu will be served. Costumes are encouraged - prizes will be offered! Reservations required.
