On All Hallows Eve the world’s most notorious witches compete for the title of Supreme Witch! But someone is trying to mess up the contest? Can a young witch apprentice, a skeleton boy, and a cat named Pumpkin uncover who is trying to control The Real Wicked Witches of Halloween Hills?
